Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to TraceCA Lifetime Email Alerts and related digital services offered by FEELIO TECHNOLOGIES LTD. through https://www.traceca.site.

Digital Product Delivery

TraceCA is a digital Express Entry draw tracking and email alert service. Lifetime email alert access is activated for the email address used at checkout after the payment provider confirms payment. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Cancellation

TraceCA Lifetime Email Alerts is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription or recurring billing plan, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

You may unsubscribe from TraceCA email alerts at any time using the unsubscribe link included in TraceCA emails. Unsubscribing from emails does not automatically refund a completed purchase.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at runiucanada@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your payment receipt, invoice, or order reference.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and returned to the original payment method. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 15 days.

Customer support will review billing, refund, or dispute requests within 72 hours.
