These Terms of Service are between you and FEELIO TECHNOLOGIES LTD. ("TraceCA", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of TraceCA, located at https://www.traceca.site. By using TraceCA or purchasing lifetime email alerts, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

TraceCA helps users track Canadian Express Entry draw information and receive email alerts when new draw data is available. TraceCA is an independent service and is not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the Government of Canada, or any government agency.

TraceCA provides informational tools only. We do not provide immigration, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Pricing and Paid Product

The paid product is TraceCA Lifetime Email Alerts. The price is USD $5 one-time for one email address. This is a one-time payment and is not a subscription or recurring billing plan.

Lifetime access means that the paid email address can receive unlimited future Express Entry draw alert emails while TraceCA continues operating the alert service. Lifetime access does not include personalized consulting, immigration advice, or any guaranteed immigration outcome.

Checkout and Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe may present different eligible payment methods, such as cards, wallets, or other supported payment methods, based on your location, currency, device, and Stripe's payment method rules. TraceCA does not store your card, wallet, or bank payment credentials.

Digital Fulfillment

TraceCA Lifetime Email Alerts are a digital service. There is no physical shipping or delivery. After Stripe confirms a successful payment, lifetime access is activated for the email address used at checkout.

If your payment succeeds but the email address does not show lifetime access, contact us at runiucanada@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at runiucanada@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your payment receipt, invoice, or order reference.

Email Alerts

Email delivery can be affected by inbox providers, spam filtering, outages, data-source availability, and other technical factors. We try to send alerts promptly after new draw information is available, but we do not guarantee delivery time or uninterrupted availability.

You may unsubscribe from email alerts at any time using the unsubscribe link included in TraceCA emails.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the service, submit fake or harmful email addresses, attempt to interfere with TraceCA systems, or use TraceCA for unlawful activity. We may block or suspend access for abuse, fraud, or security reasons.

Limitation of Liability

TraceCA is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceCA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website, email alerts, dashboards, or paid service.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to TraceCA are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
